Position Overview

We are experiencing tremendous growth and are seeking candidates who can make lasting contributions to our clients, company, and culture, and help us fulfill our company purpose through our Guiding Principles.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our growing IT department as a Help Desk Technician to provide client and technical support for our X Logs product. The purpose of this position is to provide real-time support to all users. Our technicians operate within a small specialized team to provide varied customer transactions, including calls, chats and email. Technicians in this position will work closely with other IT team members to research and resolve technical inquires, monitor personal and team operations through our internal CRM, and identify possible improvement in key service areas. Other possible comparable job titles would include: Support Technician, Help Desk Technician, Client Care Technician, IT Support Technician, and Call Center Agent.

Work Location: Austin, TX (North)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30pm with a paid 30-min lunch (some overtime may be required based on business needs)

Travel Requirements: None required

Compensation: $15.00-$18.00 per hour (commensurate with skills and experience) plus profit sharing
Your Impact
  • Assists clients with problem resolution, as needed
  • Responds to client inquiries in a prompt, courteous and concise manner
  • Provide one-on-one chat, real time, and text-based interactive conversation with customers
  • Documents all client interactions within internal ticketing solutions
  • Meets individual performance standards
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management
  • Interact and perform testing with product development team

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience (strong preference given to call center experience) with relevant professional recommendation(s)
  • High School diploma
  • Ability to type at least 55 WPM (adjusted)
  • Customer service orientation

  • Analytical troubleshooting skills
