About Us

MSB Consulting is an educational consulting firm that works directly with the Special Education community. We assist school districts across Texas in the collection of documentation of services provided to students in special education. With this documentation, we are also able to help our clients maximize their reimbursements from the Medicaid to Schools program, providing much-needed funding back to the school districts that we serve. We are able to accomplish this by always looking to Our Purpose: To lead the charge for the collection of educational documentation to discover and develop students. There is a direct correlation between services provided to students in special education and reimbursement available to school districts through the Medicaid to Schools program. Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our growing Employee Services team as an Employee Services Administrator. In order to fulfill the Employee Services team's purpose, the Employee Services Administrator in partnership with the Facilities Coordinator, is responsible for maintaining and enhancing environments that foster employee experience and to support and serve the company in a way that allows us to achieve our company purpose. An ideal candidate will possess a desire to serve and work well with others and enjoys problem solving. The successful candidate will also be an excellent communicator that will be have the ability to effectively manage and prioritize their work load with a high degree of attention to detail in order to meet MSB quality standards and procedures.


Employee Services Team Purpose: The purpose of employee services is to provide resources and consultation for employees in a way that will ensure success and fulfillment.

Work Location: Austin, TX (North)

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (M-F)

Travel Requirements: 10%

Compensation: $17 p/hour
