Position Overview

We are experiencing tremendous growth and are seeking candidates who can make lasting contributions to our clients, company, and culture, and help us fulfill our company purpose through our Guiding Principles.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our growing Client Relations team as a Client Relations Administrator. The Clients Relations team's purpose is to build positive relationships with school district staff and administration through face-to-face interaction, while driving up provider participation. In order to fulfill the Client Relations team's purpose, the Client Relations Administrator role will provide administrative support to our field consultants.
Other possible comparable job titles would include: Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Department Assistant, Office Coordinator, Office Administrator.  

Work LocationAustin, TX (North)

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week (M-F)

Travel Requirements: 5%

Compensation$1,346.15 - $1,538.46/bi-weekly ($35,000 - $40,000/annualized), plus profit sharing

Your Impact
  • Manage Medicaid inquiries from MSB personnel, including but not limited to: address changes, Medicaid eligibility checks, EFT set-up, and new client onboarding activities, such as adding client administrative team contact information to community contact lists, importing staff rosters from latest state participant list, and downloading and importing R&S reports. 
  • Manage and audit quarterly Roster/Participant Lists for Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) and provider participation
  • Manage and audit quarterly client provider training and responsiveness to RMTS
  • Run and distribute maximization reports to Program Specialists on a regular basis
  • Support clients with Certification of Funds (COF) Processing
  • Research and update credentials for service providers
  • Assist with onsite training, including but not limited to: setting up provider relationships and types, sending follow-up email to attendees, and processing sign-in sheets.
  • Assist with sending provider email notifications, as needed
  • Annually import district calendars
  • Attend regularly scheduled status and connect meetings
  • Other duties as assigned
